Wine bottle from Ichinoseki station. Fruity apple nose, bit tart and funky. Very cloudy pale yellow, flat. Tangy apple, sweet but well balanced by sharpness, bit of barnyard but not a lot. Nice balance. Flat and silky. Lovely. Can’t believe they made this from 100% Fuji apples. Lovely apple flavors and great tartbess.

Bottle shared by Biirusaiko. Great apple nose, touch of acid, rich fruit, pineapple, grapefruit. Tart flavor, a tiny bit acetic, overall a very nice scrumpy-like sharpness. Tingly and prickly light carbonation works very will with the acidity and a lightly tannic finish. Great fruit flavors. Surprisingly excellent. My best J-cidre to date!
