750 ml bottle, corked and caged. Kind of sickly sweet nose, skin, apple juice, well not sickly but sterile. Some cotton candy in there too. Deep gold, small bubbles, lace. Sweet apples, slight yeasty funk, light acidity and basically no tannins. Definitely a bit of sake yeast / koji character as well. Full enough body though, and the carbonation is right, not too fizzy. Ok, but fuji is a tough sell. Tastes back sweetened.

Clear like water. Very faint aroma of rice and fruit. simple, slightly sweet. Flavor is light, slightly fruity and sweet, and a bit alcoholic. Soft, smooth, slightly light and watery palate. Completely inoffensive, almost innocuous, though enjoyable enough.
