Rather cautious, slightly roasty, minimally spicy, dark malty aroma, hints of dark toffee, a touch of liquorice. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber to auburn colour with average, dense, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Relatively weak, slightly toasty and minimally nutty, caramel malty and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, a touch of peanut, hazelnut, whiffs of strawberry. Taste is slightly toasty and minimally nutty, caramel malty with low residual sweetness, mildly bitter, minimally earthy grassy hoppy, a touch of hazelnut.

Well crafted, nice appearance and texture, relatively cautious, a bit expressionless concerning aroma and flavour - OK.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal-grassy hoppy and minimally grainy, pale malty aroma, hints of sorrel. Taste is moderately bitter, herbal-grassy hoppy and slightly bready, minimally grainy, pale malty, hints of mint, a touch of sorrel, a touch of bread crust - tart-ish finish.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.

Süffiger malziger Beginn, erstmal kein Süßholz. Mit der Zeit kommt die Lakritznote dann aber doch erkennbar hervor, minimale Herbe, kaum süß, wässriger Hintergrund. Für mich als Lakritz-Hasser okay aber zu wässrig, für Lakritz-Liebhaber vermutlich zu wenig namensgebendes Aroma. 9/8/6/6/8/6
