Taste is slightly biscuity, mildly spicy and slightly grainy, pale and rye malty, mildly bitter, herbal hoppy, some residual sweetness.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Balanced, nice mouthfeel - not bad.

Rather cautious, slightly roasty, minimally spicy, dark malty aroma, hints of dark toffee, a touch of liquorice. Taste is bitter, roasty, minimally spicy, dark malty, slightly sweet, caramel malty, hints of dark toffee, a touch of liquorice, dark caramel.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very cautious, quite monotonous and rather simple - acceptable.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber to auburn colour with average, dense, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Relatively weak, slightly toasty and minimally nutty, caramel malty and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, a touch of peanut, hazelnut, whiffs of strawberry. Taste is slightly toasty and minimally nutty, caramel malty with low residual sweetness, mildly bitter, minimally earthy grassy hoppy, a touch of hazelnut.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, creamy carbonation.
Well crafted, nice appearance and texture, relatively cautious, a bit expressionless concerning aroma and flavour - OK.

Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Simple and monotonous - nothing spectacular.

Milder, herb getreidiger Beginn, eher wenig Roggen, minimale aber passende Säure. Trocken, moderat würzig, süffig, kerniges aber eher mildes Finish. OK. 9/9/9/8/8/8
