9/8/2025. Can shared at ITFC beer share. From Yutaka Shop online. Aroma is clammy, musty, citric, grassy, herbal. Quite sweet with a metallic bitterness and a sour edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Not great.

Can from Yutaka London. It pours hazy golden - pale orange with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, hearty, bready malts, rice pudding, fragrant, floral, green, fresh pine, soft citrus fruits and cloudy lemonade. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness, fragrant, floral, pithy, zesty, bright citrus, cloudy lemonade, yuzu, stone fruits, touch green, grassy and hearty floury bread vibes with a lingering bitter finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. This is right up my street. Tasty .

(Can) Pours clear golden with huge white head. Pleasant citrus aroma with grassy hints. Good mouthfeel with medium body and plenty of fine bright carbonation. Great taste. Nice citrus start leading into biscuit malt with growing herbal and pepper flavour leading to a good crisp bitter finish.
