Tap at Sapporo Craft Beer Forest. This one was smoky, but just lightly. Golden, clear. Lightly smoky nose, clean pilsner like malts, light hnoble hops with a bit of lemon. Light smoke, light citrus, crisp crackery malt flavor. Good stuff.

Tap at Watering Hole Anniversary event. Murky brown with no head. Sour malt smell with baby vomit and light sorachi ace dill notes. Yeasy and yogurty on the palate, with a musty malty feel. The hops and bitterness are non-existent. Sourness is present, probably some kind of bacteria got in and mucked this one up. Tap at Tsuki To Taiyo. Clear straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers throughout. Big citrus nose with grapefruit, orange, lemon standing out with some light pine and grass in the background. Very hop forward session IPA with active carbonation. Fruity bitterness on the palate without being overly bitter. Finish has some cream cheese and dill sorachi ace action. Really nice, complex session IPA from a fairly new brewery!

Shared with Cazz at Craft Beer Forrest. Hazy brown with a minimal beige head. Smells of brett, wet hay, wet malt with some pine notes. Creamy with lots of brett on the palate. Something went horribly wrong with this batch. Infected unfortunately.
