Draught at the brewery
Beautiful amber color, clean. The aroma is delicate, with fruity esters. Smooth mouthfeel; soft caramel flavor with pleasant light fruitiness, some yeast action, but also a light background of vegetables (too green?); correct bitterness; it has a pleasant light residual sweetness.
Very nice, easy to drink, balanced.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
black color with compact head. Smooth beer, but the aroma is quite feet/cheesy, and the flavor as well is rather yeasty; the roastiness is mild and not aggressive; correct bitterness.
Ok Stout, monodimensional, and with too much yeast.

2014-01-03, cask at the brewery, dry-hopped with Mt Hood, 6-4-7-4-15=36
Dark amber color, hazy, with cask head. The aroma is appley, with a whiff of hop cabinet. It’s a bit colder than and English cask; dry mouthfeel, quite smooth; the mild malt aroma has a nice accent of fresh tobacco, lightly peppery; ordinary bitterness, a sugary hint in the final, and lingering fruitiness.
Really like this.

2014-01-03, draught at the brewery, 5-4-6-3-12=30
Mahogany color with small head. Mild aroma of caramel and crystal malt, a bit dusty. Served too cold; caramel flavor, dryish, with ordinary bitterness. Very light estery, fruity touch.
Very simple, but also very clean.

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with light head. Aromas of roasted barley, grass, nuts, and light chocolate. Flavors of dusty roasted malts, nuts, and cocoa powder. Watery.

Hazy amber color. Dry and lean body, the malts are a bit biscuity, also lightly earthy; light resins from the hops, not much hop quality overall.
Basic and old style IPA, I prefer the v. 2.0, that one being more elegant.

2013-12-23, draught at the brewery, 6-5-6-3-11=31
Hazy dark amber color. Caramel aroma and flavor, with a just light fruity aroma; very dry mouthfeel; strong bitterness but I can't appreciate real hop qualities; there is some astringency on the final.
Not bad, a bit harsh.

2014-07-18, cask at the brewery, dry-hopped with Topaz, 6% ABV, 35 IBU, 6-3-6-3-13=31
Cloudy dull amber color with small frothy head. The aroma is a but yeasty and fruity; the flavor too is quite yeasty, hence spicy and astringent, close to a modern, but dirty, English Bitter; the mouthfeel is soft, it has some dusty malt flavor.
Too dirty.

2013-12-23, draught at the brewery, 6-5-6-3-13=33
Beautiful bright amber color. Some caramel aroma, strong hay character. Dry mouthfeel; flavor is toffee with some cereals. Strong bitterness, some hop resins, not fruity.
Clean.

650 ml bottle. Pours a very dark, almost opaque brown with moderate head that settles quickly. Aromas of smoke, charred malts, and black coffee. Flavors of spruce, roasted malts, and light liquorice. A little watery. Hard to determine the intent.

On cask at Bridge Brewing, pours black with a few bubbles of light brown head. Aroma brings out pumpkin spices, along with some light roast. Flavour blends the stout and pumpkin qualities very well, with roasted malt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Very well-balanced between the two without going lopsided on either aspect. Great hybrid beer.

On tap at Bridge Brewing, pours a hazy orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma brings out orange rinds, resinous hops and some soft malt backing. Flavour is very subtle, with light floral hops, a little orange and a light malt backing. Not much going on here, but it's light and drinkable. Decent attempt.

Bottle - Pleasant grapefruit hops. Clear gold with a thin head. Lots of sweet malts, a bit of bitterness and then some mild earthy pine hop flavor. Finish has an acrid taste. Overall it’s not bad but the hops are a little on the back burner.
