Amber,no bead,minimal head.Faint nose of mall and fruit.flat, bland, vague malt profile.Light unpleasant hops in finish. Terrible!!

On tap. Pours a murky dark amber. Aromas of piney hops and malts. Flavors of malt and light citrus/pine. OK. Tasty session beer but otherwise a little weak.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear copper color with no head. Aromas of pine, toffee, grass, and malts. Flavors of light citrus and malt. Light to medium bodied; a bit acidic. Not much presence but quite easy to drink.

Growler pour, courtesy of manuchampions, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma of light piney hops, crystal malts and a bit of a metallic tinge. Flavour contains fresh pine needles, some metallic woody quality, and crystal, crackery malts. Light and refreshing, but nothing extraordinary. Decent stuff.

Growler, courtesy of manuchampions (thanks Jon), pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, light citrusy hops, very nicely balanced. Flavour is bitter, with dry hops, dry roasted malt and finishing with a fairly dry, quite highly astringent palate. A little watery and quite astringent, but nice flavour profile. Quite solid black IPA.
