The Zorzettig brothers, Marco and Massimo, sharing a long lasting experience in winemaking, are now entering the world of microbreweries, they are going to highlight the value of their own crops: 14 hectares of barley and 2 hectares of wheat. The first used to produce base malt and the latter to obtain weizen beer. It is not by chance that the brewery is located in San Pietro al Natisone: the water springs of Monte Mia, supplying a pure and non contaminated water, crucial for the quality and success of the brew. The brewery relies on sustainability: the power consumption need for brewing is completely given by renewable sources. The beers are top fermented and craft made without any filtration and pasteurising.

Bottle from an Italian shop bought 9/20 (bbd 10/29) @home poured into a teku glass. Hazy medium amber colour, small fizzy off-white head, thin rim remains, no lacing. Aroma pale malt, grape most, apricot, overripe apples, woody notes, hint alcohol. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grape most, apricot and apricot marmalade, candy sugar, apple syrup, alcohol. Full-bodied, sticky texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweet and light bitter aftertaste, alcohol notes till the end, very nice.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, homályos, félbarnánál picit sötétebb szín. Enyhén fűszeres, malátás illat, határozott, de viszafogott mustos, szőlős aromával. Íze egy tripel-re hajaz, fűszeres, malátás, némileg mustos, picit kilógó alkohollal. Testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Nem rossz csak az alkohol sok egy picit.

Bottle 0.33l from the brewery. Two years aged. Cloudy, reddish orange colored. AROMA- honey, medlar, quince, vanilla, apple, berries. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, berries, red apple, dark grapes, apple core, wood. Fuller bodied.
Well aged, great.

Bottle 0.75l from the brewery, probably more than one year aged. Clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- apple must, white grape must. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, pleasant white grape flavor, touch of yeast, slightly hoppy. Medium bodied.

Bottle 0.5l from the brewery. Probably three years aged. Lightly cloudy, orange amber colored. AROMA- honey, berries, strawberry, apricot, grapes, nice alcohol. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, lightly bitter, apricot, strawberry, grapes, cranberries, rowanberries, a bit leafy, very pleasant smooth alcohol, touch of wooden barrel. Full, heavy, syrupy body. Delicious Barley Wine.

Lcbo online. Dark brown pour with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, light roast, and coffee. Mouth feel is thin, carb is lively. Low bitterness, semi sweet, a true Belgian foreign stout. Round, roasty, but very fruity and yeasty.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca riconosce indizi di miele, frutta secca, luppolo e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La parte liquida si presenta velata. La frizzantezza si presenta medio-fini. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, cereali, erba e agrumi.
