1L bottle @ Timo A, bottled 18.12.2021, BBE 07/2022 Aroma has chocolate, hayish malt and some licorice. Flavour has chocolatey malt, salty licorice and mild hay tones. Flavour has quite a lot stout-like elements; im blind tasting I'd take this is an imperial stout.

1L bottle @ Timo A. Bottled 18.01.2022, BBE 06/2022 Aroma is somewhat mild with hay and bready malt. Flavour has bready malt, mild grapefruity hop bite and hints of toffee. Perhaps a bit too old?

1L bottle @ Timo A. Bottled 24.11.2021, BBE 04/2022 Aroma has spiciness, lemon and some ginger. Flavour has ginger, strong peppery spiciness, chili and mild lemon. Odd and rathet spicy but quite good for the ABV.

Mein 3.333. Bier auf RAB: Pax Bräu Paxigallerator, Literflasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Fast schwarz, reichlich dunkelbeigefarbener Schaum. - In der Nase schwere, dennoch vornehme Röstaromen, Mokka, Karamelbonbon, blasse süße Frucht (Kirschkonfitüre), grundiert von feiner zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung. - Antrunk ölig schwer röstmalzig und von satter dunkelmalziger Tiefe mit schwarzer Brotkruste, Mokka und feiner Karamelsüße. Sehr dezente dunkle Frucht, Anklänge an Pflaumenmus, Vanille und Rosinen. Milder rezent, mastig; nur leichte alkoholische Wärme. Im Abgang massiv röstmalzbitter und fein hopfenwürzig-herb. - Tatsächlich einer der dunkelsten Doppelböcke die ich kenne - nur der Josefi-Bock vom Winkler aus Berching ist ähnlich röstmalzbetont. Der Paxigallerator ist noch schwerer, dabei sehr rund, nirgends Craftbier-artig schrill. Prima! (12.7.2022.)

100cl swing top bottle. A clear amber beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of fruity malt, oranges, yeast. Taste of reddish malt, wheat, oranges, moderate bitterness.
