ABV: 7.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light sweet malt - caramel, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, light banana and clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, wheat, sweet malt - caramel, light banana - clove. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Intense bitter dry beginning. Lots of roast, not too much depth. Quite bitter intense, interesting burned, roasted bitter. But somehow strange and hard to drink.

Smooth malty beginning. Strawberries over an intense malty body. Deep caramel, very dry with ripe but complete fermented strawberries. Interesting.
