Bottle 100cl. w. swing top.Murky medium orange colour with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, banana, yeast, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, banana, yeast. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20121231]

Sampled at Braukunst Live. Strong peppermint, anise, licorice aroma. Black, low brown head. Dark chocolate, nettle After-Eight notes, anise aftertaste. Dry, full body. Great idea, needs a little bit more work for true greatness

Stimmig würziger Antrunk, mit der Zeit dunkler, dabei steht der Hopfen zwar immer im Vordergrund, sticht aber nicht sonderlich hervor. Würzig, gut. 11/11/10/11//11

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover, Ulfborg 2013. Pours ruby amber with a small creamy head. Caramel, toffee and vague smoke. Chewy malty. Smooth and medium bodied.
