Description
Established and owned by Mathieu Aubert. Before December 2014 the brewery was active in Verzenay and between January 2015 and April 2016 in Courlandon before moving to Cormontreuil in 2019.

Launching his microbrewery is a dream come true for Mathieu Aubert. In 2011, he created La Bouquine to offer fans a beautiful collection of artisanal beers that are not lacking in originality. From the powerful, malty aromas of Triple Pan to Back in Black in ebony robe, to the exotic notes of lychee and General Nelson's passion fruit, his richly flavored creations should seduce connoisseurs.

Clear, golden color and a nice white head. Somewhere between old school and modern IPA. Cirtic fruits followed by some tropical flavors of pineapple. Bittersweet hoppy Finish. Quite nice.

0.33 l bottle thanks to RJ, unclear golden, small off-white head. Caramel, butter and meaty aroma. Malts, herbs and yeast in the finish. Light finish.

33cl bottle from E.Leclerc PIERRY, France. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: amber, hazy. A: malty, orange, tangerine, papaya, bit caramel. T: full malty base, tangerine, grapefruits, bit orange marmalade, mellow tropical fruits, nice balanced bitterness, more like DIPA than Tripel actually, good one anyway.

Sample from 33cl bottle from E.Leclerc PIERRY, France. F: thin, tan, quick gone. C: coppery, light hazy. A: malty, bready, mellow fruity, honey, spicy. T: full malty base, bready, caramel, banana, red apples, bit berries, decent bitterness, soft carbonation, not bad for gluten free beer for this style, enjoyed.

Bottle bought by Simom in Ay, chamapgne, France. Orange aroma. Some wheat or cereal smell. Hazy Bright/ orange colour. Nice taste that grew on me..decent start to French holiday beer.

Bottle @Café-Brasserie Le Marché, Reims, poured into a teku glass. Hazy yellow golden colour, frothy white to off-white colour, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, peach, orange, yeast. Taste medium sweet and bitter, grainy, malty, fruity notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, soft grainy aftertaste, spicy notes, easy to drink, nice.

Bottle from E.Leclerc Reims. Black with tan head. Malty, toasty, some chocolate and espresso coffee, lingering finish with some earthy hops.

Bottle from E.Leclerc Reims-Champfleury. Deep golden, off-white head, sweet spicy nose. Malty, very sweet and with Christmas spices such as clove and cinnamon.
