For decades as a passion, as a taster and as a self-production homebrewer and now a professional brewer. Alessandro the brewer, has always had an unbridled passion for beer. He began his first steps attending breweries in the district of his city to learn more about brewing while at the same time he started his own personal home brewing. Recently Alessandro moved to Malta and here he continued with his passion of producing beer for himself. Sharing the passion for beer with his wife Federica they decided to invest their resources and energy in a new challenge, that of setting up their own micro-brewery. To further his knowledge and professionality, Alessandro decided to attend a training course at the University of Perugia in Italy. On his return he and his wife have decided that it was time to start this new journey.

Bottle 330ml (BB 08.07.2018). Dark brown with very short, beige head. There is coffee, roasty notes on the nose. But it seems the beer is watery and the taste proved it. There is coffee hint but beer is too much carbonated and it definitely destroyed the taste and feeling.

Anaranjada algo turbia. Espuma blanca muy poco duradera. Aroma a flores. En boca buen punto de gas, y sabor a miel, con punto de acidez y dulzor agradable.

Bottle from kapitali. Dark amber with a quickly disappearing white head. Malty and biscuity with a slightly bitter finish. Some strange umami tingling in the finish that I like a lot. Not resembling a dubbel at all though unfortunately. Very fizzy carbonation. Lacks elegance.

Bottle from kapitali. Pours slightly unclear amber with a huge white fizzy foam that disappears quickly. Sweet malt together with floral notes and honey. A grassy bitterness towards the finish. Decent.

Bottle from 67 kapitali. Murky deep amber with a slight fizz. Appears to have lively carbonation. Syrupy aroma with caramel and spices. Taste is iron, dish water, maybe a bit of citrus there. Thin and uninteresting. Drain pour.

F: medium size, tan, not long lasting. C: deep amber, hazy. A: malt, touch of fruity, hint of chocolate. T: malty, fruity, candy sugar, chocolate, very high carbonation, yeast, may as eco raw quite ok, for the style not at all, just drinkable for me, 0,33l bottle first hand from brewer.
