The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, crisp, biscuit dough, dry yeasty, light tart fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. I don’t think Cantillon have much to worry about.

The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a smooth, weedy, dank, light resin, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Not bad. Nice and bitter with plenty of hop character, just as I like it.

The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a smooth, rich, juicy, tart plum, warm alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. So much better than I was expecting!
