Sweet passionfruit. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Sweet passionfruit and a touch of bread. A little tartness would be great.

Intense and nice pepper notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Spicy pepper notes and a very floral. Awesome.

Coconut and cocoa. Deep jet brown with a decent light brown head. Toasted coconut and a nice sweetness from the brown ale. Nice.

Sweet caramel and toffee with some cooked orange rind. Clear copper gold with a rich white head. Sweet, bitter and sticky cooked orange. Very old school.

On tap at Zhang Men - Kowloon, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of banana, clove, and alcohol. Flavour is pretty alcoholic, with plenty of banana and clove dominating. Bready malt backbone, but it's a little harsh. Meh.

Sweet bready notes with a balanced smoke note, cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet which balances the smoke nicely. Solid.

On tap at Zhang Men - Kowloon, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of peated smoke upfront, with some toasted caramel. Flavour is sweet and smoky, with lots of peat and campfire smoke upfront, tempered by sweet toasted caramel. Really nicely balanced between the sweet and smoke. Really good.
