Bottle. An unexpected tick at Rausch Schokoladen Cafe, Berlin. Clear, very pale gold. Thin and dense, white foam. Nose has syrupy grain. Leafy, slightly metallic hop. Green and pungent. Taste is syrupy sweet. Some harsh, metallic bitterness. Finish is much the same. Not great.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'Netto', best before June 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains and straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and faint hints of citrus, followed by a short, medium bitter, quite grassy, slightly dry and a little metallic finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay Pils, nice enough for about 60 Cent a bottle.
