Tap at Bungalow. Pale to medium golden, clear, low head. Resiny hop nose, grapefruit and other citrus, clean malt. Flavor is mildly sweet, clean malt with lots of resiny hops, citrus, grapefruit. Crisp, bitter finish. Easy drinking in the summer heat.

light golden color. Lots of over ripe mangoes and citrus notes. Biting bitterness, bone dry, good hop character. Really nice. Lingering fruity finish.

Tap at Komachi. Bright pale gold with a fine head. Bready malt nose, citrus, spice. Crisp, fruity, dry flavor, rice crackers, very well attenuated but not very bitter. Definitely dry, but full of flavor too.

hazy amber color. Very tart nose filled with green apples, oak, brett and a touch of fruit. Very tart palate, tons of apricot, apples, oak and brett. Medium bitterness. Solid malt backbone. Very funky with excellent depth. Absolutely fantastic amber saison. This is winning

Tap at Komachi. Hazy pale yellow with a thin head. Nose is grapefruit, crackers, guava. Crisp and dry flavor, grapefruit and light tropical fruits. Fruity, but not juicy, very dry. Likable and interesting.
