On tap at the brewpub. Smooth caramel, easy to drink, fruity with buttery parts. Very smooth and soft. Nice grainy soft buttery caramel finish. Sessionable.

On tap at the brewpub. A clear dark amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized malt, red malt, bread. Taste of sweet caramelized malt, nuts, bread, moderate spicy bitterness.

Süffiger, harmonisch süß-malziger Beginn. Geringe Herbe, etwas Karamell, leicht ansteigend. Herb-würziger Mittelteil, strohig malzig, mittellanger Abgang. Leicht bitterer Nachgeschmack. Süffig und rund. 9/10/10/10//10

24-10-19 // on tap at the brewpub. Unclear darker amber. Nose is sweetish caramel malty. Taste is first sweet malty, woth some toasted bread, caramel malty. Then a balanced bitterness with a noble hop aroma. Smooth. Solid. Post morning swim. Paired with beef liver and potato mash 👌🍻

28-08-18 // 2018 version on tap at the brewpub. Unfiltered golden. Foamy head. Sweet grainy nose. Grainy, sweet malty body. Some honey and caramel sweetness. Mild floral bitterness. Good.

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy dark orange brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of caramelish dark malt, chocolate, wheat. Taste of mild sweet caramelish malt, melasse, toffee, chocolate, nice.

26-01-18 // on tap at the brewpub. Advertised as Fastnachts-Alt. Pours hazy chestnut brown. Creamy beige head. Mild roast nose. Taste of roasted malts, tasted bread, some nut. Mild hop bitter finish with herbal notes. Great Alt, had worse in Düsseldorf.

14-01-18 // 300ml on tap at the brewpub. Now with 5.5%. Cloudy murky brown. Solid foamy head. Aroma of roasted malts woth some ripe banana flavours and a mild spicyness. Mild creamy palate. Okay.

14-01-18 // 300ml on tap at the brewpub. Hazy mahagony coloured. Minimal beige head. Nose dark malty. Taste of dark roasted malts, mild sweetness, mild sour malty touch in the end. Some nutty flavours.
