Sample at the brewpub. Clear dark orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky rings of lacing. Grassy hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, fruit and rye malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle thanks to the wizard. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, roast, wood, licorice. Medium body, roasted malt, dark chocolate, light dry finish, good.

Bottle thanks to wizard. Pours a clear gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is earth, resin, grapefruit, spice. Medium body, earth, pine, spice, lingering bitterness, very good.

Sample at the tap room during the "5th Anniversary Celebration" on 02/05/2017. The beer is a clear orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus, grassy hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the tap room during the "5th Anniversary Celebration" on 02/05/2017. The beer pours a nearly opaque dark brown color with a medium light beige head that recedes quickly to a film. Small patches of lacing. Roasted malt, chocolate and a bit of coffee. Medium body with flavors of roast malt, bakers chocolate and mild coffee. The finish is sweet and a little thin with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Crowler (purchased at beer store). Lemon, peach, nutty toffee malt, and weedy straw aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet peach, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter weedy hay flavor. Okay body.

Bottle shared at the MDBG tasting 4/4/16. Dark brown, thin head, fair retention. Aroma of chocolate brownies and vanilla. The taste matches. Medium bodied, sweet.

Sample at the brewpub. Dark chestnut color with a medium light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, dark fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of earthy yeast, fruit, bubblegum and malt. The finish is sweet with a fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.

On cask at the brewpub. The beer is a clear orange color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, wheat and malt. Medium body with flavors of passion fruit, creamy wheat and malt. The finish is semi-sweet passion fruit and wheat. Decent overall.
