La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il piano sottostante si presenta opalescente. Il colore è marrone scuro. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si fermano sentori di caramello, miele, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, anice stellato, agrumi, frutta passita, vaniglia e alcol presente.

Аромат в стиль, приятная жженка от карамльеного солода, немного хмеля. Цвет полу карамельный. Вкус весьма хмелевой, более чем ожидалось. Бархатность почти полностью пропала из за горячи на финише, но в целом неплохо как для крафта.

Draught. Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is acidic fruity and floral tones along with berries and some slight tart wooden tones. Pours pale golden with a hint of haze. Tight head. Hoppy aroma with notes of fresh leaves and glue. Refreshing and hoppy flavour with nots of fresh leaves. A beer for the summer.

Bottle 0,75ltr: Hazy brown coloured brew with an German appearance and Belgian taste, quite sweet due the caramelmalts, and hints of banana. Italian special beers its an league of their own.
