On tap at astral Beers Pub. Pours a rather clear dark yellow, big head. Aroma is fruity, tropical, the Pacific hops come through nicely. Medium to big body. Flavour is malty, sweet, herbal and spiced. Lots of fruity, tropical hops, mango, peach, orange, passion fruit. Pine rather pronounced as well, especially in the finish. Medium bitterness with a bittersweet finish. A modern, quite bitter double IPA, excellent.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo smorto velato, al naso è intensa lievito cereali pane agrumi note floreali ed erbacee, in bocca malto cereali miele note erbacee, corpo leggero, leggera astringenza, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro leggero. Una reinterpretazione di Pils diversa dalle classiche. Molto buona. c. Fatti una birra 06.11.21
