Bottle # 298/390. Ratebeer Odense Spring Sipper, 2019. Pours slight unclear amber with a small creamy White head. Caramel, Wood, red Wine, tannins and slight balsamico notes. Offensive but tasty.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Spring Sipper, 2019. Hazy golden with a big white head. Very inviting and complex fruity and floral aroma with white wine and a touch of oak. Dry, fruity flavour with wooden and slightly grassy notes. Quite bitter finish.

Bottle # 141/1559. @ Ratebeer Odense Spring Sipper, 2019. Pours hazy deep golden with a small creamy head. Massive funk, wood, manuer, brett, leather. Slight orange fruit. Dry and refined.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Spring Sipper, 2019. Hazy dark golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus and peach and awesome complex funk. Dry and slightly tart malty and fruity flavour with heavy oak and red wine notes.

Bottle #129 2015, 6%. Hazy amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit, oak, sour fruit and lemon. Flavour is malt, lemon, oak, sour fruit, citric, sour, little sweet and medium dry.

Bottle 750ml. @ home.[ As Penyllan Genevieve 2015 ].Clear medium golden yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate grapefruit, oak, barrel, oak, apple, green apple, citrus, passion fruit, light funky - farmyard. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, green apple, oak, grapefruit, passion fruit, citric, barrel, light funk - farmyard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190228] 8-3-8-4-17

Bottle. Pours a dark amber ruby color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody caramel dark fruit and vanilla aroma. Fruity malty woody caramel dark fruit flavor with hints of vanilla and cognac. Fruity malty caramel dark fruit woody vanilla and cognac finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Dark brown to black with a brown thin ringed head. Toasted and sweet malty with some sweet notes of toffee and caramel, dried fruit, medium to full body, some resonating cognac and bourbon infused wooden notes and spices into the malty finish. Lovely.
