On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Bruno-rossastra, vinosa, intensa, schiuma medio-esile. Naso da oud bruin con note vinose, borgogna, ciliegie, leggero aceto, tanto legno. In bocca è mediamente acida, vinosa, acetica, abbastanza in stile. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Leggermente sporca in alcuni passaggi, ma comunque una gran bella birra!

Amber dark hazy pour, little foam. Nose: balsamic and cocoa, mild vinegar. Mouth: wood, softly vinegar. A bit sweet

Bottle at Restaurant Barr, Cph. Clear, amber colour with a thin lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with liquorice, alcohol dense notes, vanilla, coconut, subtle yeasts, dark malts, caramel malts and dark dried fruits. Taste is sweet. Full body with an oliy texture and a soft carbonation. Lasting sweet finish with liquorice all sorts, chocolate and fruits. Lovely Old ale.

From a 75 cl bottle. Cloudy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, yeasts, tropical impressions, grasses, light earthy, green apples from the yeasts, light vinegar, tart fruits. Taste is light sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes drying with yeasts, grasses and floral hops. Excellent golden sour. Highly drinkable.

Draught at Restaurant Barr, Cph. Slightly hazy amber colour with a thin, lightly tanned head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, red wine barrel, vinegar, yeasts, sour red berries. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Lasting dry and tart fruity finish with wooden notes and red, tart cherries. Pretty straightforward Oud Bruin with a little twist. Excellent.
