Brewskival 2023, Helsingborg 11/08/2023 Tart fruity with layers of raspberry and redcurrant, medium acidity and body, tasty fruity close. Great stuff.

Drucken på Brewskival 2023. 2017 vintage, aningen mjukt syrlig, fruktig vinäger, plommon, stenfrukt, liknar en oude bruin. Fint smakdjup. Mycket gott

Fat på Brewskival 2023. Rostfärgad med vit krona. Väldigt mycket fat, lite oud bruin i snällare format, stenfrukt. Gott och snyggt.

75cl Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense, Summer Season 2023. Bottle 199/475. Pours hazy deep Golden with a frothy White head. Deep nose. Intense and complex. White Wine, bread, sherry and citrus. Honey dew. Boom

The Best of Denmark with Ratebeer Odense. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with apricot and raisin, oak barrel and sherry. Dry and tart fruity flavour with oak and sherry.

The Best of Denmark with Ratebeer Odense. Hazy amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of ripe apple, oak and vanilla. Dry and tart fruity flavour with apple and some deep malty notes.

75cl Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense, Summer Season 2023. Bottle 479/1471. Pours amber copper with a small head. Sweet and vinous. Caramel, Apples, maple and funk. Vinous and dry.

75cl Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Tasting. Summer season 2023. Bottle # 42/1728. Pours cloudy amber copper orange with a White head. Orange liquor, apricot, red berries and Wood. Insanely refined and delicious. Slightly tart and dry funky finish. Wauw!

Fat på Brewskival 2023, vintage 2018. Rostorange-färgat med vit krona. Bärigt, mycket fat, röda vinbär, vinbärsblad. Fräschchör och stramhet i bra nivå. Trevligt och snyggt.
