355mL can, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of smoky bourbon barrels, medium roast, a hint of cocoa, and tobacco. Flavour is rich as hell, with loads of deep bourbon barrels, some smokiness, tobacco, cocoa, and medium roast. Real nice bourbon barrel expression. Excellent.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is soft and wheaty, with muted apricot and peach, and soft pillow wheatiness. Flavour is wheaty and soft, with barely a trace of the fruits. Soft clean wheatiness dominated. Not very interesting.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours an opaque dull peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright guava, with a touch of lacto. Flavour is full of juicy, gently tart guava, lacto, and some saline. Nothing special here but the guava is decently expressed. Another cheap fruited kettle sour. Meh.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a hazy blonde with a monstrous white head — obviously way overcarbonated — the bartender had immense trouble pouring this. Aroma brings our saison yeast, coriander, orange peel, and a hint of ginger. Flavour is spicy, with big spicy saison yeast, but not all that much coriander or ginger. The carb has probably buried these adjuncts. It's alright but clearly a flawed beer.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright floral lime notes, with a rather unpleasant dishwasher detergent character. Flavour is less soapy, with lots of floral lime dominating. It still has a soapy character, but it's drinkable — and nothing more.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Aromas of cardamom, tangerine, ginger, and soft wheat. Flavors follow same with additional cloves and a bit of corriander. Definitely lots of spice but none overbearing and final result is tasty.

Simple lager with a fair bit of lime. Nothing wrong, just simple. Clean pale malt, a bit limey tasting. I think every brewery has something like this these days, but I'm not the target market.

12 oz can poured, gifted by mcberko. Thanks! Dark and dense dark brown appearance. Moderate dark tan foam. Smooth flavor, especially for its strength, with lots of vanilla, maple, almond and walnut, some chocolate linger on the palate. Aroma is a cocoa, maple, and nutty chocolate. A touch dusty with the cocoa. Dessert without being too sweet. Subtle whiskey masked behind a sturdy caramel, vanilla, and maple. Delicious stout all around here.

Poured from 355mL can. Near black with tan head. Bourbon, mild chocolate malt with some dark fruit notes. Still seems a little bit boozy despite it's age (as compared to other Str8 Flexin' - based on my notes at least).

355ml can, 2022 version, 11,7 % abv. Many thanks to pictoman for this beer gift. Shared with Finn at his place. Jet black in the glass, filmy layer, dotted spots on the glassware. Quite inviting aromas of nutty chocolate. Coconut dominates the taste character, hints of chocolate and dried fruits to it. Ends rather sweet with distant notes of bourbon. Slow sipper qualities. (Rating no. 23500) (Tromsø, 25.06.2023).
