Bottle from brewery stand at Nasch markt, Vienna. Hazy orange color with medium white head. Strong apple aroma with light vanilla, stones. Taste, dry applees, stones, vanilla, nice sourness in finish. Very good.

Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Quite lots of sourness with clean balsamico aroma and flavour. Nicely balanced with lots of fruitiness present in the base beer. Easy drinking and very tasty, though a bit simple overall.

Amber, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Light aroma of grains, bread, flowers, some honey
Tastes of bread, grains, flowers, some herbs, some citrus.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes a bit soft, bready, floral, grainy, a bit herbal.
OK. Clean and fresh, but too light, especially the nose. Taste is a bit better, with nice bready and floral notes. Not a bad beer, but there are better sryle examples from Austria.

Tap at Craft Bier fest, Vienna. Very dark brown color with low tan head. Aroma of grapes, vinous notes, spices, acetato balsamico. Tart taste with vinegar, vinous notes, red berries, cherries, coconut, spices. Tasty.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien, shared by the gf. black color, small tan head. smells grapes, sweetness, strong spices, strong wood, notes of vegetable oil. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes very strong of vinegar, wood, coconut, spices, light roast / earthy notes. hard to taste much else. finishes with vinegar, notes of mushrooms and some wood. very vinegary on the taste (they are a vinegar brewer after all) interesting, I actually would drink this again. overall interesting.

Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, barrel, sour berries and cherries, vinegar.
Taste follows this, with more vinegar and some more leather, some booze.
Quite full, oily mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes sour, a bit roasty, with vinegar, leather, sour fruits, coffee, alcohol, some dark chocolate.
