From one cheese shop, at Freiburg opening and sharing this bottle with my wife yesterday at Epalinges. For us, it was a good surprise with an aromatic dunkel better than some others Swiss or German dunkel, roasty, malty, nutty, smooth and fruit, hop, 05.05.22

Finding this beer in one cheese shop at Freiburg. Opening this bottle on sunday, relax after a trip from Paris. Nothing special with this beer, a common lager, a bit rough at the palate, dry, metalic with a note of perle hop at the final, 12.04.22

19/9/2020. Bottle at the Prague GP bottle-share, courtesy of Asbjorn. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, biscuit, fruit and pine. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation. Appreciated the ‘Britishness’ of this more than most it seems.
