Nice sourish-fresh beginning. Easy to drink with a nice sourish fruity apple flavour. Very nice and natural. The sourness is round and intense, fresh green apples with a bit of wine in the background. Fresh sourish aftertaste. Nice and round cider! Great!

The cider starts fruity fresh with a nice lemon-bergamotte background. Very nice, highly drinkable with sweet but still sourish apples in the body. The aftertaste is bergamot, slightly sweetish ripe apples with a winey ending. A bit bitter in the end. Very interesting combination, but great though!

Fruchtig-weiniger Antrunk. Fruchtig. Leicht herb mit fruchtig süffiger Note. Schön rund und weich, sehr süffig. Fruchtig-mild, leicht herb, gut und rund! Lecker!
