On tap at BC beer awards. Pours a clear gold with light head. Aromas of rubber, resin and muddled tropical fruit. Flavors follow the same with dried tropical fruit and dusty malts.

On tap at BC beer awards. Pours a very dark mahogany with a light head. Aromas of roasted barley, nuts, and coffee with possibly a whiff of smoke. Flavors are same - right on style but a little watery and grassy.

Golden-amber. Slightly piney, citrusy hop nose. Quite fruity, esp. orange juice, with toasty malts. Good body and well balanced, like modernizing the old SNPA clone idea.

Black color, small head. Mild aroma of roasted malts, a bit stale. Low carbonation, soft mouthfeel; mild flavor of burnt bread, although not aggressively ashy; low bitterness, light smoke. The final is a bit watery. Tastes like old beer.
Chaotic, not interesting.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a deep dark brown with an amber tinge and a small tan head. Aroma is subtle, with notes of light smoke, roasted malt, and light dry cocoa. Flavour is subtle but balanced, with toasted bready malt, dry cocoa, and maybe a hint of smokiness, but not a whole lot. Well-brewed to style, just not extremely exciting.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy light amber color with small compact head. The aroma is mild, fruity, possibly a bit buttery. Soft mouthfeel, off-dry, with simple malt flavor; it has some fruitiness from the hop but also seems quite green and ends with an impression of yeast, and light astringency.
Not bad, but needs some tuning.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 10 oz
Golden to light amber color, just hazy, with small compact head. The aroma is a bit sweaty and fruity. Unfortunately it was poured a bit too warm; mild malt and caramel flavor with a vegetable component that is out of place; the bitterness level is high, the hop has a decent resin component, but the fruity element could be more powerful.
Decent IPA, good first-try, but not the best showcase for Mosaic.

Cloudy darker shade of blond. Sugar and yeast aroma. Paper corn and wheat flavor, with very low bitterness and low character, and no presence of the promised ingredients; sweetish, but with a feeling of sweetener.
Not exciting.

On tap at Yellow Dog, pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out complex dark fruits and toasted nuts - lovely nose. Flavour is complex, with dark fruits, toasted nuts and toffee. Excellent balance of flavours, with nothing tame about this. They nailed this one.

On tap at Yellow Dog, pours a clear pale golden with a small huge head. Aroma brings out loads of piney hops, crisp crackery malt, and floral notes. Flavour is very dynamic, with great hop varieties showcasing - piney, resinous and floral hops. Just enough crackery malt backing. Another excellent beer from these guys.
