All Pints North, 2013. Herbal and dry. Lots of lemongrass which is in the aroma but also gives that dry character on the palate. Usually I expect wits to be sweet, but this worked out well. But like teh Blacklist, I can’t say I picked up the lime.

All Pints North, 2013. Lightly sweet. Raisin is perceivable in both the flavor and the aroma, and i can smell the yeast. Good palate.
