On tap at the Hotel Brewpub. A slightly hazy golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, soft grassy hops. Taste of soft fruity malt, pale malt, low bitterness, easy to drink.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy very dark brown with rocky beige head. Clear aroma of caramel and yeast, with some malty notes, Sweet flavour of caramel malt, with estery notes and mild touches of hops.nRoasty and sweetish aftertaste. Drinkable but rather too sweet and nothing special as such.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and banana, with malty notes. Sweetish flavour of malt and banana, with estery notes and touches of hops. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Rather well-balanced, refreshing and quite decent.

Dark mahogany color with creamy beige head. Light caramel aroma, with very light fruitiness. Round mouthfeel, caramel flavor, sweetish, with a light touch of roasted malts, fruity impression, relatively low bitterness, but also an unfortunate metallic touch. There seem to be hidden noble hops.
Still drinkable, but requires to remove the metallic thing.

Cloudy blond color with creamy head. Delicate but very nice aroma, grassy, some fermented hay, impression I manure. Smooth an round mouthfeel; good malt flavor, there is some bread and some hay; strong bitterness with a moderate grassy side; light residual sweetness in the final.
Very pleasant. The most interesting beer in many kilometers, the only one with good noble hops.

Süffiger Antrunk, erst spät kernig malzig werdend, der Hintergrund gibt sich wässrig. DasBier scheint nun etwas lustlos, das einzig erkennbare Aroma ist das etwas muffige und nicht sehr tiefgründige Malz, das bald trocken wird und im Abgang immerhin zu einer leichten Karamellnote führt. Ein etwas ideenloses Dunkles. 12/7/8/8//8

Leicht süßlicher Hefeantrunk, wenig hopfig und noch nicht bitter, sehr süffig. Im Mittelteil kurz kraftlos wirkend, die Aromen können aber gehalten werden. Sie werden gleichzeitig etwas schwächer, als eine getreidige Herbe emporkommt. Dennoch weiter süffig, die Herbe ist nicht sehr ausgeprägt. Nun deutlich milder werdend, nur noch wenig würzig. Zum Ende hin angenehm bananig, leider etwas muffig. Süffiges, sehr erfrischendes Bier. 12/8/9/8//8

Herber, direkt ins bittere übergehender Antrunk. Dies hält aber nicht sehr lange und flacht schnell auf unbedeutendes Niveau ab. Die Herbe bleibt noch länger erhalten und steigert sich zum Ende. Hier nun etwas vollmundiger, dennoch ist das Pils nicht unbedingt sehr aromatisch. Im Abgang dann etwas kräftiger, der Hopfen zeigt sich, wirkt in Teilen aber blechern. 11/8/9/9//8
