[ As Teerenpeli Kellariolut No2 Imperial Stout (Barrel Aged) ].
ABV: 12.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is heavy malty, bread - dark break, roasted, dark malt, dark fruit, wood, mustard, barrel, umarmi, soy sauce touch, earthy - damp stain - fusty touch. Flavor is heavy sweet and light to moderatebitter with a long duration, bread, dark malt, sweet malt, dark fruit, wood, barrel, malt bitter, chocolate - coffee, roasted, soy sauce touch. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft - flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20240215]

Draught at Teerenpeli bar, Helsinki. Almost clear, very dark red colored. AROMA- roasted, herbal, leafy. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, roasted, caramel, leafy and herbal. Medium bodied. Hardly average.

Keg at Teerenpeli, Oulu. Aroma is as expected - cloves, citrus and a hint of banana. Hazy-opaque gold. Thin creamy white head sticks to the rim. Light-medium bitter, with a clove buzz. Citrus edge. Underlying malts. Light. Thin. Chalky residue. Average carbonation. Long slightly dry finish. Bland but drinkable.
