Als “Sudhang Bier“ vom Faß im Zentral am Marktplatz von Amberg. - Rotgold, schwach trüb. - In der Nase schön toastiges Malz und dezente Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk satt toastmalzig mit feiner, frisch zitrusfruchtiger Hopfenherbe. Runde karamelmalzige Süße. Schwach rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang aromatische kräuterige und orangenfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Sehr rundes, aromatisches Bier; mit seiner vollen Malzigkeit, mild aromatischen Hopfung und niedrigen Spundung sehr Zoigl-artig. Schmeckt mit jedem Schluck besser. (2.9.2019.)

On Tap at Cafe Zentral Amberg. Clear dark brown beer with a small beige head. Aroma of soft roasted malt, caramelish malt, nuts. Taste of mild roasted malt, nuts, caramel, burned malt, nice.

Bottle @ the Brewery. Recommended by motelpogo I paid the brewery a visit may 31st. The appearance was close to clear amber with a nice big beige head. Aroma had plenty of fresh malt and hints of noble hops. Flavor was quite full, with bready and caramel notes. Floral hops gave it very good balance. Very sessionable. Nice!

Frisch würziger Antrunk mit leicht muffigem Ton, der sich fest an das süße Mlaz klammert. Die Frische verliert sich, die süße Malzigkeit wird klebrig. Zum Abgang süßer, im Nachgeschmack ist diese Note aber plötzlich verschwunden, auch die Hereb verstumnmt weitestgehend. Wenig grasig. 10/8/9/9//9
