33cl bottle from a trade with anstei, thanks. A hazy dark amber beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mid sweet red malt, spices, pumpkin. Taste of sweet red malt, pumpkin, high carbonation.

Appearance: Very dark brown, near black. Huge amount of dark tan head.
Aroma: Dark malt, roasted, slight tar?
Taste: Dark malt, roasted, coffee. Slight burnt bitterness. Quite smooth.

At Zurich Bier Festival 2017. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma of vegetables, soy sauce, salad sauce. Body is medium and bitter, but not much else. Some caramel on the palate. Meh.

At Zurich Bier Festival 2017. Pours black. Aroma is sweet coffee. Some chocolate, very roasty. Body does not deliver the promises made, but the flavours pick up again towards the palate. So the mouth falls a bit flat, but this beer is good.
