Our Brewery produces beers, long drinks and lemonades. We get Inspiration for our products from the huzzle and buzzle of the world as well as the laid-back attitude of the Savo region.
If you find yourself in Kuopio, come and visit our store & taproom. During the summer we also have a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a fresh pint in the sun.

Dark amber colour, steady off-white head. Aroma is sweet bready, almost Kvass-like. Kvass is not bad but aroma is strange for Märzen. Light to medium-bodied. Flavour sweet, malty and also rye bready. Some hops in the finish. Ok Festbier but reallt sweet malty Märzen.

A small taste @ the flagship Alko, press blind tasting. Pours clear slightly reddish yellow with a medium head. Aroma is cider apples with some malts. Flavor is apples and malts. Watery. Drinkable.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 803, from Alko, 20230826) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate, dark fruits and ash. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, fruitiness, dark chocolate, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, burnt and bitter. A tasty combination of burnt and fruity notes.

Tap at SOPP2023, Helsinki. Colour is Very dark brown with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Chocolate, some licorice.... pretty OK actually.
