12oz can. Very very dark brown pour, nose is ALL malt. Sweet caramel, bready, sticky toffee malt. Faint hops in the flavour a more malt. Some nice caramel corn notes, and maybe some ripe fruits like candied figs. Wow, what a nice beer!

really nice amber color. Nice white head, that seems to last a bit, good lacing on the glass........aroma is a wonderful balance of malt and hops. The flavour is awesome! Such a big bang of hops, hops and more hops. really nice, and the finish isnt that bitter at all. wow, if i could get this all the time, it would easily be my daily drinker! So smooth, and loaded with flavour, GREAT IPA.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara, ananas, frutta tropicale e mandarino.

Lattina. Sentori il luppolo vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, spezie e mango.

Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara, cocco, melone, frutti di bosco, frutto della passione, frutta tropicale, uva spina e fragola.

Stovepipe can. Stamped on the bottom--canned 0n 10-29-18 @09:20 and the words "Kangaroo Sauce." Pours a opaque dense black color with a medium sized brown head that soon dissipates into a fine surface scum. The aroma is distinct with anise, blackened grains, raisins and coffee. The taste mirrors the aroma with black licorice, coffee, mocha, raisins, bitter blackened grains and some whiskey barrel. The palate is full and oily with light carbonation. Finishes long with lingering whiskey barrel and bitter walnuts. Overall: Decent concoction--remarkable for an Impy stout in a can, and remarkable for being an Impy that is not overly sweet. Paired well with some Snowdonia English cheddar.

16 oz. can, sent for my comment. Yup, a big hazy pour, almost opaque and like orange juice and milk mixed. Smell is largely of tropical citrus and other fruit. Just a lot to like if you don't miss the pine and resin of OB's flagship Pale Ales. Sudsy head leaves some legs in the glass as it dwindles. Liking the flavor of more juicy fruit without much bitterness. Malt is there for support, I can see why it was tempered with oatmeal and wheat. Leaves a bit of a lactic aftertaste, but overall, a very nice big beer.

Can from Beergium. Fruity hoppy aroma with citrus, soft biscuity malt, tropical notes, touch of stone fruits, peach. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Body is medium. Crisp and refreshing, a bit mild but very drinkable IPA.
