Description
Since 2017 we have been brewing Craft Beer in small batches of 200l and Gypsy brewing between 5 and 25hl. A German and a New Zealander met in Tubingen to bring craft beer to the south of Germany. Beer is more than just Pilsner and Lager. Hops, Barley, Water and Yeast: Only 4 ingredients, but so many options. We take the freshest ingredients and use them to create amazing beers that explode with flavour. We experiment, taste, change, discard and improve, free to try anything we want so that we can develop the beers of tomorrow, we will leave it to others to keep tradition.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, faint golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, fruity and slightly piney, hoppy aroma, notes of orchard fruit, citrus fruit, berries, some tropical fruit, all in all a conglomerate of rather unspecific flavours with some jelly bear aspects, maybe mandarine and pineapple are most explicit. Taste is sweet-ish pale malty, fruity hoppy and slightly mineral, diluted hints of pear, berries and citrus fruit; minimally bitter, mineral, even minimally chalky finish. Watery texture with an oily strand, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, still slightly prickly carbonation. Quite dense and manifold, but rather unspecific fruitiness in the nose, more restricted and slightly diluted fruitiness in taste - not bad.
