Description
Since 2017 we have been brewing Craft Beer in small batches of 200l and Gypsy brewing between 5 and 25hl. A German and a New Zealander met in Tubingen to bring craft beer to the south of Germany. Beer is more than just Pilsner and Lager. Hops, Barley, Water and Yeast: Only 4 ingredients, but so many options. We take the freshest ingredients and use them to create amazing beers that explode with flavour. We experiment, taste, change, discard and improve, free to try anything we want so that we can develop the beers of tomorrow, we will leave it to others to keep tradition.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! Nice floral and very refreshing beginning. Smooth and easy to drink with a nice level of bitterness. Fruity and bitter with lots of pine and resin on a fruity but not too sweetish body. Nice.

33cl bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of moderate hoppy fruits, orange fruits, tangerine, zest. Taste of bitter orange fruits, resinous hops, pine, zest, tangerine hops, long bitter finish. Good!

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange. Small white head. Aroma is grapefruty. Citrusy. Solid hoppy. Bitter, crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity. Bitter and solid fruity finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange, huge white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy. Peach and slight grapefruity. Bitter. Dry hoppy. Crisp fruity. Medium dry and hoppy finish.

Pours a deep golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is hop, pine, grapefruit, yeast. Medium to full body.

Pours a pale orange-golden color with a white head. The aroma and flavor have fruitness, some grainy malt, floral and citrus hops. Light dry finish.
