330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, very dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow-white head. Peppery spicy, slightly citrusy fruity and minimally wheaty, malty aroma, notes of pepper, coriander, cardamom, lemon zest, tangerine zest. Taste is minimally sweet, wheaty malty, slightly peppery spicy, minimally citrusy fruity, hints of pepper, coriander, cardamom, diluted hints of mandarine, orange, lemon. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, foamy carbonation. Well crafted, decently spiced, nice composition - sadly the adjuncts cannot unfold equal effect in taste as they do in the nose. Pretty good Wit nevertheless.

Uit een flesje op 8-1-2021 bij Margo. Wat gistige geur, smaak wel redelijk, maar voor een tripel niet stevig genoeg, valt wat tegen.

Slightly unclear amber brown, smallfizzy white head, mostly diminishing, no lacing. Aroma sweet malt, Belgian yeast, caramel, honey. Taste light light heavy sweet sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, light fruity notes (elderberry?), candy sugar. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, sugary, rather plain tripel, at the end alcohol kicks in, okay.

ABV: 6.3%. Dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, chocolate - cocoa, wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, chocolate - cocoa, wood, caramel, mushroom - umami, light chocolate - vanilla - barrel. Body is medium, texture is oily to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20190927]
