RBESG 2017, sampled on July 23, 2017 @ Olutravintola Pikkulintu, Helsinki. As Neljän Suora Luomupils. Pours golden, bit of white foam. Apple nose, some biscuity malts there too. Tastes light, fizzy carbonation, malty-biscuity. Caramel, not really great.

RBESG 2017, sampled on July 23, 2017 @ Olutravintola Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Pours dark, bit of brown foam there. Dry roast nose, just a bit of fruits. Taste has lots of buckwheat, which is surprising in a way. Overpowering actually. Dry smoked leather finish. Interesting one.

SOPP, Turku. A dark brown beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has strong dried and generic fruitness, also some fresh fruits, some pine. Taste has richness of maltyness, caramel, dried fruits, pine and bitterness. Full bodied, smooth. Great balance and US style as promised. Great beer.

Tap at SOPP Hki 2017. Smell of raisins. Hazy dark amber colour. Aroma of raisins, overripe fruit, malt, hops. Very sweet. Mid-flat carbon. Generally a decent barley wine. A bit unsurprising, perhaps.

SOPP Hki 2017. Smell of spruce and hops, some mango. Hazy amber colour, small white head. Aroma of hops, spruce, some grass, mango and a faint of citrus in finish. Sweet, also medium bitter. Lively carbon, mid-heavy body.
