Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, Ulfborg. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, alcohol, malt, fruits and hops.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry phenolic. Bitter, dry and toasted malty. Sweet, toasted malty and phenolic. Lingering fruity finish.

Bottle @ TSODRBSG13, Ulfborg. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 300813

Sweetish Belgian tripel. It has a hint of the mentioned woodsticks, but it’s barely noticeble. Average beer.

From tap. Herbal, light phenoloc and toasted malty. Toasted malty, light caramelish. Bitter and light phenolic. Smooth fruity and light phenolic. Bitter and toasted finish.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours slight cloudy yellow to orange with a bubbly and collapsing white head. Mild spiced, fruity and slight yeasty aroma. Flavour is light fruity and medium sweet. Light bitterness showing through in the finish although dominant sweet fruity.

Really spicy beer, with tones of cinnamon and wood. The gruit is clearly present as well. Nice experiment.
