Description
Bierbrouwerij Sint Servattumus in Schijndel is a traditional brewery, specialized in brewing special (regional) beers.

Started in 1992 as a hobby, Sint Servattumus has now grown into a fully-fledged traditional brewery where brewing is still done with real Schijndel hops!

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Comes as "Tilburg 2009 Winterbier". Pours a clear deep amber with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, honey and alcohol. Solid body, caramel and overripe fruits. Discreetly bitter, but it’s the massive alcohol burn that dominates the finish. 031009

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an almost clear amber with a white head. Strange toffee and bonbon aroma. Solid body, very sweet caramel and overripe fruit with a vague fustiness. A hint of licorice also. No reall bitterness but quite some warming alcohol in the finish. 021009

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with some apricot, and quite a bit of coriander. Dry and malty flavoour with coriander.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Comes as "Tilburg 2009 Witbier". Pours an almost clear deep golden with an off-white head. Sweet and perfumy coriander nose. Medium body, soapy coriander accents and a little phenols. No real bitterness. 031009

Medium body, fruity and not quite as cloying sweet as some of the others in the Tilburg 2009 series. No bitterness though. 031009

(Bottle 33 cl) Vintage 2003. Dark amber golden with lots of floating impurities. Lots of carbonation and a bubbly head that collapses rather fast. Sweetish notes of caramel, lovely full body and a discreet, bitter finish. Quite typical Dutch Bock. 040205
