Head gone in seconds over very carbonated hazy orange beer. Citrus, wheat and soft cheese, but pretty well-balanced aromas. More classical flavours: coriander, citrus, some wheaty hints and esters. Bit thinnish and very fizzy, watery. Pretty classical witbier. Nothing wrong, but too fizzy by half.

Bottle, 5.6%. Fruity aroma. Hazy red/yellow colour. Very small white head. Fruity flavour, rather yeasty. Slightly sweet. Not very clean and not very harmonic.

Bottle, 5.6%. Sour and citric hop aroma, pukey and not too pleasant. Hazy golden colour, sparkling. Getting quite cloudy towards the bottom. Small, chalk-white head. The flavour is full and a little sweet with a distinct acidity from the hops and probably also some form of fermentation. A little yoghurty and rough in good balance with sweetness. Lemony fruitiness. Quite pleasant, flavourful and refreshing.
