Eindhovens Bockbier: Vague cherry aroma. Thin. Slight apple and cherry flavor and just a hint of yeasty bitterness. Unconvincing and a bit amateuristic. Earlier Rating: 11/22/2002 Skendelse Bock: Total Score: 3.52002 "vintage" Malt, apple and butter in the aroma. Sweet, malty taste with some sour notes. Butter, yoghurt and orange flavors.

Orange brown color, no head. Sugary aroma with hints of licorice and chewing gum. Malty but dryish flavor with licorice. Alcoholic. Dusty aftertaste.

Orange blonde color. Tangerine and a hint of yeast in the aroma. Malty sweet, alcoholic flavor with coreander, traubenzucker, tangerine and yeasty notes. Mint in the aftertaste. Somewhat amateuristic brew.

Bottle. Brown color, hazy. Strawberry juice, malt and cinnamon in the aroma. Grainy, slightly roasty flavor with cinnamon and strawberry juice. Hint of white pepper in the aftertaste. The balance in this beer is questionable, the bock and strawberry flavors somehow don’t fit, but this is still a decent beer.
