Bottled. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, wheat, fruits, yeast and some licorace. Flavour is fruity hops, quite "woody", sweet caramelly and sugary. Wellbalanced and nice.

(bottle, traded with bierkoning) Slightly hazy, ruby colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Dusty, sweet malty, slightly toasty and dried fruity aroma with spicy herbal notes. Sweet flavour, toast-malty taste, ashy with notes dried fruits (raisins); full bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel; sweet-bitter finish with a medicinic touch.

Bottled in 2000. Orange coloured. Sourish, vinuous and well balanced. Like a mix of gueuze and ale. Unusual and interesting.

Bottle. Very yeasty, peppery aroma. Dark chestnut colour, getting orange as the sediment comes loose. Small unstable head. Very peppery flavour, warming, very malty, sweet. Every few sips I get a bit of metal in the aftertaste. Would be a superb winter warmer.

Hazy brown color, short off-white head. Aroma of candy sugar, some alcohol, caramel malt, slight licorice. Taste is malty, bit roasted, some caramel, sugar and alcohol. Bit dry palate. Ok brew, but still too much homebrew features.

Bottle at Reading BF 06. Copper with thin white head. Oooh this is a bit different. Some blackcurranty fruit. Nice hop aroma. Quite lively. Good carbonation. Bit of white choc and pineapple too. Good tripel and a real change from all these bitters.

Bottle at Reading BF 06. Hazy gold colour. Eggy , yeasty aroma, over carbonated in mouth. Bit sweet. Interesting bock style beer, citric lemon on the finish

Bottle. Yeasty, sweet, dried fruit, peppery aroma. Cloudy, very dark brown colour. Unstable head. The flavour is mildly roasted. Not as sweet or peppery as expected, but with a nice balance between sweetness and alcohol. Some yeast in aftertaste.

Bottle. Slightly acidic, irony aroma. Very dark brown muddy colour. Big, stable, light brown head. Flavour is roasted and also slightly acidic. Sweetish with a hint of alcohol. Malty aftertaste and a very late coffee aftertaste. High carbonation.
