Bottle, St Albans Beer Festival 2005. Hazy golden dirty colour. Quite like the lemon flavour and there is a bit of bubblegum but a bit sweet and intense

(Bottle 33 cl) Brewed by "De 3 Horne" for Sint Servattumus.
Dark brown - almost black - with a tall and rather stable, light brown head. Sweetish, full-bodied and lightly burned. Close to an Abbey Dubbel. Lovely. 140204

(Bottle 33 cl) Vintage 2002. Very dark brown and very unclear - almost Trappist look. And Trappist beers also comes to mind in the flavours which are extremely rich and full with lots of roasted malts, dried fruit, candi sugars etc. With a good bitter finish to round things off. Excellent. 100104

(Bottle 33 cl) Amber coloured, very unclear with lots of floating impurities. Not much head - but when you remove the cap this almost shoots out of the bottle. Very full-bodied from the four different malts but presumeably neither added sugars nor syrup. But pronounced sweetness. Bock perhaps but top-fermented. 161102

Bottle at GBBF Bit odd this one. Although the aroma wasn’t that good, I did like the flavours and sour palate, but the finish just lacked something. Dark pinkish in colour, rubbery aroma, rubber and sour cherry fruit flavours. Not bad.

Bottled, alc. 8% (BB 10/2005)
Hazy orange, decent off-white creamy head. Sweet lemony yeasty nose (strawberry, lime). Very acidy in the start. Citrusy bitter with added sugar which makes this unfortunately to sweet.

Hazy nut brown, small creamy tanned head. Burnt sugar, fudge aroma. Medium to full bodied. Starts carbonated, then softens, some alcohol warming in the finish. A bit chocolaty, malty, slightly sweet - some candy sugar.
