Bottle pour at Daheim im Larsbacher Thal, pours a clear rosé. Aroma is complex, with lots of tannins, rosé-like grapes, and some complex perfumey character. Flavour is extremely complex, with tons of tart red apples, rose wine, floral notes, and a vinous, tannic finish. Complex and wonderful layered. Excellent.
