On tap @ Birre vive sul naviglio, Gaggiano 2015. L’intensità olfattiva è molto elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è lunga. Il cappello è di schiuma cremosa e persistente, con bollicine fini. La consistenza del liquido è opalescente. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è molto elevata e la persistenza gustativa è lunga. Il gusto è estremo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra dalla pericolosa beverinità . Il finale è amarognolo e complesso. Il retrogusto è persistente.

Bottled 330ml. -from Losfuso Torino. Black coloured, small brown head, hops and chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, crude piney hops with notes of wood and alcohol. Strong hop bitterness in the finish and aftertaste.

Bouteille 33cl @ Il Prestesto, Bologna. BB 05/2015. Dorée sur un léger trouble, col blanc léger. Arôme est fruité - agrumes offrant de belles effluves de pamplemousse ponctuées par malt pâle léger. Palais offre un léger profil houblonné prenant sur les agrumes - citronné et pamplemousse avec un petit côté citronnelle. Palais reste sec, grains et malté avec un ajout abricot, Légère et facile à boire.A seulement 5%, complexe et appréciable.

Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Dorée-orangée, col blanc. Arôme est houblonné fleuri assez intense le tout sur un bouquet feuillu prononcé. Palais reste ici assez typique pour cette brasserie avec un axe malté qui devient le pilier central de la bière. La levure prend aussi une belle place avec en retrait un fruité modéré. Fini fleuri qui se mélange à ce profil malté.

Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Orangée, col beige. Arôme offre un bouquet fleuri et fruité assez en retrait par rapport aux notes de malts. Palais est houblonné, sec, fruité axé sur un herbacé rappelant des feuilles sèches. Palais est malté voire terreux avec une pointes d’épices et un fini qui vient un peu titiller le fond de la bouche. Note tout de même une dominance marquée des malts. Reste cependant correcte.

Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Orangée, col blanc cassé. Arôme est généreux au niveau des houblons offrant de belles notes d’agrumes. Malt et bouquet grains concassés arrivent en retrait. palais est ici aussi bien agréable en houblon, le tout est frais, léger herbacé, vert et citronné. Léger fini levure sur pointe d’agrumes. Malt et côté grain en retrait.

75 cl bottle, 3.90€, 5%. Hazy yellow color, big white rocky head. Nose of hops with a soapy note. Aroma is mostly hoppy, with pine, rosin, flowery hops. Soft malts, contains wheat and i can sense it, dry, a bit salty. Moderately bitter. Nice hoppy APA, simple and good to go.

75 cl bottle, 4.75€, 5%. Light yellow color, hazed, nice white head. Nose is sharp, citrusy, soapy. Aroma: spicy, grainy, lots of lemon, hints of soap, apple. Light bodied, carbonated. Dry finish, sweetish, sour, with a gentle bitter bite. This Wit is fresh and crisp enough and comparable with Hoegaarden, however, this one is slightly heavier and tasty.
