Keg at Kellotorni, Helsinki. Dark and glossy. Thin foamy beige head. Aroma has cacao and malts (Ovaltine), with a slightly sour berry edge. Creamy. Flavourwise it's tangy and sour over instant coffee bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. OK - just seems somehow watered down.

Brune léger, col beige crémeux.
Arôme sur un agréable bouquet malté - caramélisé, grillé, pas mal de houblons sur le terreux.
Palais est sur un bon stout classique - sec, bien caramel, pointe de toffee, touche de chocolaté. Houblonné se ressent bien avec une touche terreuse qui balance le côté malté. C'est d'ailleurs à ce niveau que je touche un côté caramélisé, réglisse, cendre brûlée avec un léger effet suret de baies noires.
